1. We use infrared cameras to pinpoint the source of water and air leaks.  We track it to the external cause and possible repairs to remedy the problem.  In some cases, it’s simply caulking locations or putting weather stripping around openings.
2. We perform a Blower Door test on your home to see where the air is entering.
3. We walk with you around your home to explain the appropriate resolution
4. After your repairs, we come back to retest to confirm the repairs or adjustments.
